A network connection is essential for controlling the roaster via a third-party device.  The control system remains both updatable and upgradeable, featuring automatic safety chains in the background, ensuring stable, secure, and future-proof roasting processes.
HMI: The control solution's application-oriented and intuitive user interface is vividly displayed on a user-friendly 14.6-inch touch screen. The dashboard is customizable, allowing users to tailor parameters, language, and color, with the flexibility to arrange data individually on the screen. For expanded functionality, the touch panel can connect to third-party devices, irrespective of the operating system, providing additional control capabilities for the roaster.
Data Management: Standard thermocouples are equipped in X series roasters for documenting product and exhaust air temperature. To optimize coffee bean outcomes, all X series roasters can incorporate extra sensors for supply, ambient  air temperature. Comprehensive machine and process data are logged in a history. Events such as first or second crack can be added during or after the roasting process, enhancing data documentation.
Reflection Control: The advanced control system of the X series allows the safe and automatic reproduction of all stored user-defined settings via recipe management. Automatic burner adjustment facilitates precise tracking of roasting profiles based on predefined temperatures, such as product or exhaust air temperature. All recipes can be securely transferred to other roasting machines while ensuring consistency.
