Einun Skorem had always been passionate about coffee and had honed his roasting skills over the years since he and his partner, Hedda Thomassen, had started roasting their own coffee at their small farm in Nord-Trøndelag. One day, he came across a coffee roasting competition that was being held in Oslo and decided to enter it.
When it came time for the judges to taste the coffee, Einun watched anxiously as they took their sips and jotted down notes. Finally, the results were in, and Einun was named the Best Roaster of the competition. He was ecstatic, and Hedda was overjoyed. Their hard work and dedication had paid off, and they knew that their coffee was truly something special.
